Today, he steers our corporate direction, driving both business development and scientific innovation.

With a professional foundation rooted in biochemistry and bioinformatics, data visualization at NISER and Bose Institute and life sciences innovation strategy at HTW Berlin, Manish excels at translating complex science into market opportunities. He leverages this cross-disciplinary expertise to expand MedInsights' industry footprint. In his current role, he manages our pharmaceutical projects and shapes growth by forging strategic new partnerships and collaborations.

Dimitrije brings a strong background in data-driven discovery, clinical modeling, and computational frameworks, characterized by an interdisciplinary approach that bridges wet-lab experimentation with advanced dry-lab analytics. Having conducted biophysics research at institutions including Institut Curie, Institut Pasteur, and Université Paris Cité, he specializes in translating complex data landscapes into structured biomedical insights. At MedInsights, he leads all core scientific operations, driving our CardioTwin scientific science and platform development initiatives and overseeing the scientific feasibility of our projects.

Bérénice brings a deep expertise in fundamental and translational scientific research to our team, with a focus on neurobiology and systems neuroscience developed across multiple institutions including the Institut Pasteur, the University of Edinburgh (UK) and the University of Melbourne (Australia). As our R&D lead, she drives the strategic vision for our R&D initiatives and leverages her collaborative leadership style to oversee our core laboratory and scientific research operations conducted directly out of Université Paris Cité.

A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) currently pursuing her Master’s (M1/M2) at Université Paris-Saclay, Feriel combines deep clinical knowledge with rigorous academic training. She is currently completing her internship at MedInsights, where she manages the quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) for all digital products deployed across our industry clients. In this role, she ensures the highest standards of compliance, system integrity, and robust scientific evaluation for our enterprise healthcare solutions.

Anaïs brings an organized, multidisciplinary approach to the operational backbone of Medinsights. She assists the leadership on human resources, and internal documentation, she ensures our daily workflows and organizational systems run seamlessly. In her role, she manages essential HR functions, handles corporate account workflows, and maintains our digital documentation infrastructure to support the company’s growth.

Rami Othmani is a Chemical Engineer and MBA candidate in Life Science Management at HTW Berlin with over eight years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control and Quality Management. His master's thesis, developed in collaboration with MedInsight, focuses on designing a scalable, GMP-compliant workflow orchestration framework for pharmaceutical QC laboratories, combining Lean Laboratory principles, operational intelligence, and regulatory compliance to support the next generation of digital quality operations.

Dr. Kingsley Urakpo serves as a Pharmaceutical Physician and Senior Strategic Advisor, bridging clinical medicine with corporate biopharmaceutical strategy to guide product development and accelerate business expansion. Specializing in clinical development, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory affairs, he brings extensive expertise in managing complex therapeutic areas like hematology, metabolic disorders, oncology, and rare diseases. As a managing member of NADDBio LLC and a veteran collaborator with global healthcare firms, Dr. Urakpo leverages his deep industry insight to steer innovative clinical trials, optimize portfolio management, and drive the scalable growth of our therapeutic pipeline from concept to market success.
